Worship Ministry

Following the New Testament example (Acts 2:42) our worship services are designed to honor and praise God in song, prayer, communing, giving, preaching and fellowship. We intend that services be seamless as we move from one activity to another. This requires operating audio/visual systems, scheduling musicians, including the choir and soloists, selecting hymns, and coordinating with the pastor so that God’s Word may be preached effectively.

The ministry team meets regularly to review schedules, including special event, and to be alert to the changing worship needs of the congregation. This ministry is also responsible scheduling greeters and those needed to assist with baptisms.
